Just wanted to take a moment to thank Lonnie for setting up a board with open minds and discussions. Please keep up the good work and thank you for making a place for people to go where thay do not have to worry about rudeness and having to always defend their thoughts or way!

Thank you Lonnie ;D. I love checking the board so it isn't work or anything! I have fun hearing the stories, looking at the pictures and hearing advice from all the Basset slaves..lol.

I too am an exile from Cyberhound. A bunch of us jumped ship right before we were gonna be banned. We left with a wonderful diatribe by a very articulate man. I could not stand the politics or the Holier than thou attitudes there. I belong to a couple smaller boards now and love the intimacy and the fact we can all be ourselves. There is no back biting, name calling, or just plain rudeness.
I consider the smaller boards my basset family and just love them. Thank you Loniie and Betty for getting this going.

I haven't been banned from anywhere before, but I got pretty sick of seeing people getting flamed like that. I am sure that there are people that deserve it, but am also sure that there are people that don't. I go there every now and then for advice and sometimes to read funny stories. As soon as Lonnie started this board, I was the first one to jump in. I really wanted to be a part of a Basset Family. I would like to find more smaller boards so if there are any suggestions let me know. I like the more friendly atmosphere as well and really enjoy getting to know everyone.

That Betty Iola lady there tried to get me kicked off from my OWN hosting company!
She wrote a hateful letter to them cuz I emailed some of their members! haha..
I just got a new hosting company. Big deal huh?

Haaaaaahhhhaahahah I had the evening to soul search and get over my heart stabbing then I came home to find all of your kind words! Boy to think that well ahhhhh I was going to let a few that just don't get it dive me away! Yikes you all made me realize that is what they wanted!!! Friends true and far never turn on eachother they listen and learn and advise! ( Thanks Lonnie and Betty) I realize now that not being a part of something that is not in the best interest of our basset friends who the heck cares! We all have a bond we have been Banned!!!

Thanks I was really lost on that one!  So she's right up their with Betsy Iola? Lord that's scary to think they're two of them there! I know there's so many more then just them two. |
