Lexie has surgery in the morning. I told my husband tonight that I never thought I would say it, but I'm goona miss Lexie tomorrow night. She has to stay Thursday night and I'll pick her up on my way home from work Friday---Boo Hoo. Just a few weeks ago when I made the appointment, I was looking forward to a night "alone" Now, I'm gonna miss the little lady.

I know this sounds strange or silly but I will be thinking of you and poor little lexie tomorrow! After one of my dogs had surgery when I was just out living on my own, that night I got her home she was so use to sleeping with me but couldn't make it up on the bet and I didn't want to lift her with stitches.. So I slept on the floor with her. She was my best friend! Speedy recovery Lexie!

Is it for her spaying?? I am so nervous too! You aren't alone in worrying about your angel. I will be thinking of both of you tomorrow. I hope everything goes as planned and she comes home safe and sound.

Well , now I know you're hooked. We can't help but worry and miss our babies when something is going on. I will hold you both in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow. See, they crawl under your skin, and into your heart.

Thanks, yes this is to be spayed. The last time I took a pet for surgery was when we found out that my cat was a hemophiliac. We almost lost her but my vet lady took her home with her and stayed up all night applying pressure to her paws---yes, I had her declawed. If I had it to do over, I would not do it. $800.00 and 4 years later, a couple of blood transfussions and dealing with her coming into heat every three weeks, (we can't have her fixed or she will die) she is a four pound ball of fur that bugs the wizz out of Lexie. This is why I'm worried about surgery.

Yes, Maggie weighs 4 pounds and eats all the time. Thanks for the kind words, I know your baby goes in just a few weeks.
