What is that??

I was rubbing Lily's belly today and noticed that she had some redish brown stuff on her tummy and around her girlie parts. It is just a few little tiny patches and I thought it was dirt from rolling around outside and tried to clean it off but it won't come off. It looks like it might be some sort of rash or something. It doesn't seem to bother her but I am concerned. She has a vet appointment tomorrow so I will be able to ask him what it is but if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it! I bathe her every two weeks..do you think it could be related?

Ellie has that too, also under her armpits. I THINK it's just a little bit of yeast and as long as there is no fowl odor and it doesn't seem to bother them, it's ok. But please don't take my word for it.
