I wouldn't I consider that awesome! My oldest and I was to do that on his wedding day. Somehow the women changed our minds?

I went with a few friends and hubby. I chickened out when they were getting ready to put on their chutes, Then I sat and watched as they boarded the plane and took off. I was scared to death for hubby. They carry about 20 peope on the plane and you jump in tandem with an instructor. I watched the plane until I could barely see it. At 14k feet they started coming out of the plane. They looked like little ants. I watched and watched. Then POP!!!! Their chutes began to open and it was beautiful. I ran to the landing area and all I could hear was all the excitement, and how this was the best thing they had ever done.
We all went to lunch. As everyone was leaving I asked hubby if we could go back. I just refused to miss out on something that exciting. So back we went and had to wait for 2hrs for my turn. I was a nervous wreck right up until the time we "rolled" forward out of the plane. Then I was in awe. So beautiful, so quiet.
I would do this again in a hearbeat!!

That is a great adventure. Being 49 ish, I am totally paranoid of everything now, particularly heigths! Makes my palms sweat just to think of it... you must have had a blast! Mu hubby always wanted to do that. Me, I just would like a hot air balloon ride, make sure I am tethered to the basket though lol!

good Lord, I can't even jump out of the back of our pickup truck without panicking!!! I LOVE the sky... in a plane. I admire your courageousness, but NOT for me!!! My husband wants to do that some day too. But he gets woozy on the roof of our ranch-style house so we'll see...;D I think the demo for the meeting and the motto was a great idea! If you are not in marketing, you should be!
