Well, what a difference a day makes, to quote someone, somewhere, LOL.. buddy is doing GREAT! He is eating well- even trying to make up for that lost day I think.. even wanting to rough-house, even though I won't let him. He is whining regularly and giving that low growl- like a homer simpson "doh!" when he doesn't get his way... and yawning and looking away when given a command.... MY BABY IS BACK! I was so relieved to hear what my vet said they had never heard of was a normal symptom (mainly the trembling), but at the same time, why in the world would my vet not know that? I think I will be looking for a new vet. Also why would they not send me home with some pain control instructions? These country vets sometimes just don't value the comfort of an animal I think... not that they don't care for them well, but out here a lot of times animals are thought of more as utilities, not members of the family, and I wonder if I will need to find someone who places that same value- someone who will whine about the dog hair on their sofa, and not have the heart to kick that 45 pound smelly ole hound off it when they are laying upside down with their jowls flapped back and a grin on their face... LOL, someone like ME!;D I can't say it enough, but here's a few more: Thank you thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou......to everyone for all the support!! Easier not to suffer alone!

That is wonderful news! I'm sure he will really try to make you feel guilty now! haha.. You do have a point with your vet. Mainly I want one who will pretend that I am not bugging them when I've called up there three days in a row!
