Yes David Dowbyhuz of Canada sketched this of my hounds. (see photo below)
He does WONDERFUL work and very reasonable in price!
This is the second piece he's done for me.
Tomorrow I'll be Posting his Oil Portrait of "Hanna the Hound" fully finished and framed. Be watching for it. I am so proud of this painting!

Well I've kept David pretty busy these days!  With all the work he's done on my two he's also just finished "Colorado Gus" for the Colorado Basset Rescue and working on yet another Basset oil Painting! I've nick-named him " David Master Artist of Bassets " www.DavidDowbyhuz.comHere's a close up that shows just how detailed his work is..  We have a project with his FIRST of a series of very affordable Prints coming up soon that I think everyone will fall in love with! |

Oh, that sounds very interesting. I'm looking forward to the details. Are you keeping the cat in the bag on this one too--or shoulds I say Basset in the bag?

Yep sorry.
But I will say this..
I've spent many MANY hours and months on the internet looking for the right artist to paint my hounds.
so I really don't think anyone will be disapointed in this upcoming project!

In about a week I'll be shopping for another frame!
Don't worry people I'm not going to go through what I did with the Hanna the Hound painting! haha..
My house is going to be somekind of Basset Museum by the time I get done!
