Hello everyone and thank you for helping me with my password problem Lonnie. My wife and I are currently raising 6 orphan Basset puppies after losing our beloved Mabel during a c-section operation. They are just two and a half weeks old right now and are doing great. If anyone has any info on anything we should know feel free to right back. Im not quite sure how to put pictures on here, but if I could email them to someone that could do it, I would love to show off my babies. Thanks,Chris

Welcome Chris. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We would love to see some pictures of your little angels. Feel free to email the pictures to me to post for you. My email is Lilibetty71@aol.com. Where are you located? How many boys/girls? Take care and keep us posted on their progress.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss Chris. That is a terrible thing to happen. And now you're facing the daunting task of raising these puppies on your own. What a wonderful thing! I wish you all the best with your new family.
My wife handled the all night feedings with our litter (Hanna had too many puppies to feed) so I’ll ask her what she thinks?
Bassetpup will get you all set up on the pictures! I can’t wait to see them! ! ! Lonnie

Welcome Chris I can understand how you feel with the loss of your Mabel , but there is a up side and that is the experience of hand raising your puppies even though it is hard work with very little sleep for at least the next 10 days which are the most important with feeding almost a continual job, but at the end you will look back and will feel a great satisfaction at having reared your pups by hand yourself having been their adoptive mother, and your beloved Mabel will be looking down from the bridge with with a look of satisfaction seeing you being their MUM. You will never forget this experience and the special bond that you will have with these babies, Good Luck If you need any help just yell Regards Harry.
