Well, I'm not sure how thrilled LuLu will be ... but come April or May she will become a big 4 legged sister to the two two leggers I am now carrying. Yes, I said two ... we are having twins. It was a shock .... like almost fall off the ultrasound table shock ... when we found out. We had our first ultrasound and saw only one baby .... the second ultrasound a month later showed two healthy babies. You can imagine my nerves to go back in this past Monday ... I was nervous as can be that the third ultrasound would surprise us once again. We did find out that we have one cooperative child and one child who will not cooperate. One of the babies was very proud to show us he was a boy .... imagine that .... . The second baby sucked his or her thumb during the whole ultrasound process but would not reveal whether it was a boy or a girl. The ultrasound tech said it must be a good girl keeping her legs closed, but I think it is probably a boy keeping me in suspense for a few more weeks. My 10 year old daughter is praying the second baby is a girl ... she said if I give birth to two boys her life will be over. So, just wanted to fill everyone in. If I disappear for a few days I'm not gone ... these two babies are just kicking my butt. Does anyone have any experience with introducing LuLu to two infants come April or May? She is spoiled with a capital S and I am a little concerned how she will accept her new siblings.

She will be fine,as long as chad does not hold the babies. You know she is not going to want to share her man with anyone. Flash loves my niece and nephews. She tries to momma them, she know they are little 2 legged puppies. LOL I guess we need to send you a bunch of girl drool. You can sent the boy baby here so David can teach him all kinds of good stuff....like making letters in the potty. LMAO

Well, l have an update. I had another ultrasound yesterday, and found out we are having boy/girl fraternal twins. So, Sierra's life doesn't have to be ruined and LuLu will get to torture both a boy and girl. Actually, I have a feeling LuLu will start flat basseting to get under my bed once these babies start walking. Can't you imagine two babies trying to ride a basset around the house? She will be just the right size for them .... poor LuLu . Just wanted to let everyone know .... hope all of you are getting finished with all your Christmas shopping and are finding time to enjoy the holiday season.

Wonderful news!!! We are so happy to hear. I don't know if I would be that much help for you but our life is as follows: 10 year old biological daughter 5 year old foster/adopt son from drug abuser 2 year old foster/adopt son, sibling to 5 year old We currently are a licensed emergency receiving home for foster care. Our front door is in constant motion with children coming and going. Personal experience with new borns and our Roy and Maggie is that as long as they get their time with you they will be just fine. Bring older children into the home is another story. If the child/children are "unruley" or overly traumatized, Roy sometimes gets sick to his stomach. Roy and I have a very strong bond so he may just be playing off my emotions. Like I said I don't know if I can help but......wishing you the best of luck, and pray for a healthy delivery.
