Last night I went out side to sit with my dogs. Big mistake!! They all rush toward the door and started jumping. Gracie the lab is a big jumper in less than 2 seconds she jumped and land on Tiny. Tiny didn't like that and they got into fight he got a puncture wound to his shoulder and a huge cut on his belly. The vet said it looked like when Gracie jump her toenail sliced his belly. To make a long story short he got about 10 staples in his belly and on antibiotics. He is sore sore he can't hardly move or lay down. He just sits and looks so pitiful. He goes back in two weeks to get the staples removed. Hopefully he will adjust to being inside cause he is really likes it outside during the day.

Poor Tiny!! and poor you having to keep him quiet for a while. My experience is that once they feel better they want to play!
I sympathize with that rush to the door. At times I feel like a tidal wave is hitting me. Lukcily it is rare that they all are coming or going at the same time.
Lots of drool for Tiny!

Send your monsoon to NM - we are in desperate need of rain! I'll even take the mud bogs that the monsoons cause!
Glad Tiny is better - sorry about Mona. Sometimes problems seem to come in cycles. I hope no one else feels the need to get hurt or sick!
Drool to both of them!

We spoke to soon. I'm calling the vet in the morning for Beulah I noticed something like a skin tag on her eyelid. I have no I deal what it is?
About the monsoon I left the sunroof open in my car. Just imagine that!! ;D I didn't know that it was open so when I backed out of the driveway all this water came down on my head. It was like one of those practical joke shows. I did use the shop vac on it.

Poor Mary I hope things improve.Sending good thoughts your way. For some reason we seem not to get the rain we should. It showered yesterday in the front yard and not much at all in the backyard odd isn't it. the day it rained so hard everywhere , we got some rain but not much at all and we got a lot of wind I thought it was gonna be a tornado. It is so dry, we haven't mowed our yard in weeks.

Keep us updated on Beulah. We are sending drool to all three of them now! Tell me about the monsoon.. This is the wettest summer we have had in over 75 years! I woke up this morning and it was just pouring. The streets are flooded and it took me almost an hour to get to work. Gotta love Texas.

Lots of drool to all of your 4-leggers. We're sending along preventative drool so that no one else gets sick!
We are having horrible wind storms - but no rain. And the heat is making everyone a little edgy.
I confess, though, the open sunroof is funny it's in own way. Thank doG for wet vacs.
Weird weather everywhere.

I took Beulah to the vet today and he took a small tumor off her eyelid. She is doing fine. Beulah did so good they didn't put her too sleep to do it. Next Friday I take Tiny back to get the staples out. He is doing good too. But my car is still drying out.
