Dart at Petsmart

I took Dart to Petsmart today. I'm pretty sure it was his first visit. Needless to say he loved it!

We walked in and he looked up at me with the biggest grin I've ever seen and then he promptly walked over to the cashier and said "I need a belly rub". After that I let him lead me around the store. He found every bit of kibble that was under a shelf or in the back of a box or any other place kibble can hide.

We met lots of wonderful people all of who asked about his orange bandage and then gave him extra ear scritches.

Of course we got a treat on the way out.

I only wish I'd taken my camera - I didn't know a dog could smile as big a smile as he did. It really made my day.

The pleasure of petsmart, I think dogs are like women they love stores and shoes.We wear them and they chew them. I'm so glad the old man got out, ever now and then its a good thing.

That sounds so adorable. I wish I could have been there to see it! How funny that he found every bit of kibble left behind.

He may make this into a daily trip for you..

Glad to hear that Dart is doing better. Sounds like your trips to PetSmart will become more frequent if Dart has anything to do with it.

Today I think we will go to Petco. Let him see a variety of stores. LOL

He just loves doing anything with a human. I hate to think how long it was that he had no real human companionship before we got him. It's just so cruel!

I hope he gets lots of loving at Petco too. Maybe a new toy? *hint*hint* He is such an adorable ol' guy. Will you be taking pictures this time?

I am glad Dart had a good time at the store. I think they know what Petsmart and PetCo are. Mine light up when we go in.....its all the kibble and belly rubs.
