I got up early and went out there, what a lot of people, you would think at 6:30 on Saturday that people would be in bed. I took so many you well have to look on my slides and I mean I had to thin them down to 28. I hope you like them ,I was ,I think the only person there that didn't have a really good camera I was a little embaressed to take any , they had tri-pods and big camera's with huge lens , well I gave it my best shot. I love watching the balloons launch! I was supposed to get a ride one year but when I got to the launch site they had moved to another spot and I couldn't find them in time. Maybe some day.....
The skies are so beuatiful with all those colors filling them up. Glad you had a great time.

I don't get out much, so it was a fun trip, I even got to eat breakfast out .There was so many people out , I even seen family members there that I haven't seen in years. My daughter called me after we got home and said one of the balloons had went down in her neighborhood, no one was hurt. They make a game of it by dropping a bean bag on a x they paint on a spot .I bet they really scrambel to do that.I guess this is done way out of town.I dont know how they managed to get out of all the power lines where we were but they all did. They drink champaen and toast each other before they start.( I'm guessing ginger ale for some.)I'm glad you enjoyed my pixs wish you all had been there. ;D
