Heart Broken ( Update)

We have had a ton of bad luck since Christmas. A few weeks ago a cop came to my house with papers saying I HAVE TO pen up the hounds because someone called in and said they were dangerous. We have been here for 3 years and everyone loves them, they are hounds how scary can they be? Anyway, They are in this Tiny pen that I have to go out everyday and clean out poo. And let them out to play...but I have to stay out with them.

So I sent Tubby to live with Tonys mom.They boys were there this past weekend and said he is doing great and loves it there.

Caboose is going to live with a good friend of ours.They have their grandson all the time and just got the back acre of their yard fenced in. I know he will be in a good home but I cannot stop crying. Boose is My baby, and I am gonna miss him so much.

Sugar is going to live with my sister in a month or so after they get a fence up.My nephew is gonna love her.And my brother in law loves Flash to death...Sugar is a mini Flash so I know she will fit right in.

That leaves Spot.She is staying.She is so much like Roscoe it is unreal. There is not enough cops on the force to make me give her up too.

We have not gotten to our fencing yet. Since Christmas
Payton was in the hospital
Cops came about the dogs
My lights were cut off in 30 degree weather due to a mix up
My fridge and freezer went out lost all the food
Washing machine went out
Tonys ex wife moved back and lives 20 minutes from us
We owe the IRS $1,830 ( there goes the fence)
Payton and David were sick and at the doc last week when the school called for me to come get Daniel..he was sick too. (Weds.)
Friday find out Tony has Pneumonia ....another $500 in doc and meds. On top of him missing work.

I keep telling myself that it could be worse.And letting the pups go is what is best for them, but I cry every time I think about it.


I couldn't do it. I could not turn loose of Caboose.He is gonna stay here!!!!! He has always been my baby and I just cannot let him go. As for who called the law I think we know who did it.There is some new people living behind us.They bought the land ajoining ours..and Tony more or asked the guy and he said his wife really cannot stand dogs. We thought it was them to begin with and that just made us think it even more.Tony is out side right now putting up some fence.We are gonna try to do about 100 foot ( which is $100) every week. Its about 2 acres so it is gonna take a while.
Mary...Blue is still here, she has calmed down alot.

I'm so sorry Kristol! This has been a horrible month for you. We're sending a lot of drool your way so that things will get a lot better!!

I'm sorry you have to give up some of the pups - but at least you know where they are and can visit them. Knowing they will have a good life is the most important thing. I'd miss Caboose too! I fell in love with that little guy! Give him and everyone else some big smoochy kisses from everyone in NM.

Oh..thats so sad bless your heart ..well pray and sending all the best to you..think about all the good things and try not to worry.. life has a way of working out..God sends help he really does..Went through alful stuff too at your age and couldn't see over the mountain of bad luck and somehow we all made it..worry don't help a bit either it just makes unbearable stress..hang in there maybe we well get the promised rebate (the money the president wants to give us) and that might help..I know I'm praying for it, I sure hope the sick spell has improved..as for the ex..I think your strong enough to handle her..sending big hug and tons of drool. Hang in there.

The ex and I got into it pretty good on the phone. She is Daniels birth mother...egg donor...and she walked out on him when eh was 11 months old.And now has jumped back in his life and as his TRUE mother, it makes me so mad to see him hurt because of her.Anyway she has not called back.

I saw Tubby yesterday. He remembered me All I could do was cry...I miss him but at the same time I was so proud to see him in his new dog house, it has a porch and heater. He looks so much like Flash.

Caboose is going to his new home Saturday.And his new brother 2 year old Jessie cannot wait to see him.

Flash tried to nurse the baby this morning.He was crying and it upset her, so I sat in the floor with him and her and she kept rolling over like she wants to nurse. She would not feed her own pups but she wants to mine. She ain't right.

That just breaks my heart to hear all the bad news.I will says lots of prayers for you . It will get better.
What ever happened to blue is he still wondering around also.

I know about the police coming to your door about the dog. they cmae hear. I went around to some of the neighbors and ask if my dog bother them. Everyone said no and if it came down to it the would vouch for me in court. I have lived in the house since i was 6 months old. never had a problem. I think I know who done it and they are a yound couple on drugs. I guess my dogs interfer with all the strange people that come around. These people that called on me has dogs that run the neighbor hood also.

I know about the irs too. My husband was working for his ex's mother when we got married. She said she was cutting taxes when she wasn't. Boom got slammed with 3000. 00 to Irs. They were actuall easy to work with. They let us pay it off in monthly payments cause we jsut didn't have that kind of money. That might be an option for you. I know thing will get better.

We have lived here about 20 years and one reason we bought the property is becuase it about 8 acres and none of our neighbors houses are near ours. Well, about 6 years ago one of our neighbors built a barn 20' off our property line. That was no problem cause the dogs liked to woof at the horses. Unfortuantely he had to sell the horses and rented the barn out to a guy who uses it to repair vehicles. He brings his dogs with him and then complains when mine go to the fence and bark at them.

Now when he's here I keep mine inside. It really irks me, but I don't wnat the neighbors complaining about the racket. 10 dogs can woof up a storm.

I'm glad Caboose is staying. He was always my favorite.

Kristol I am so sorry things have been so bad for you lately. Things WILL get better. Just hang in there and know you have people who truly care about you and your family

It is annoying its your dogs and your property if he don't like it he can go somewhere else.
Tony said when we get the yard fenced in hr is gonna tie cow bels to their tails and throw a rabbit in the back yard. LOL
I am proud to say the fence is going up.We have about 100 foot done, barely a dent...but its a start.
