One extra droopy eye

I was wondering if there are any known problems with Basset Hound eyes. I remember there being something about droop eyed breeds but I cannot recall.

The poor thing, her one eye is really droopy and it looks like the skin that sits in the corner of the eye is stretched over too far. Could this be allergies?

If anyone has any experience with this I'd really appreciate your help before I go to the Vet.

It was probably just allergies, it got better on it's own.
