Barking question

We have two adorible bassetts, Cletus and Wilson. We are having problems with them barking when our back yard neighbors come out into their back yard. There is a six foot wooden privacy fence, but they still bark. Does anyone know what we can do to stop this. We have temporarily sectioned off part of our back yard so they don't have access to the shared fence with the neighbors, but this doesn't give them much room to play in. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Jill

I have the same problem with my dogs. THe only solution I have came up with is get rid of the neighbors. My neighbors tease my dogs. That make me so mad. I hope someone has some solutions cause I could use them too. Good Luck.
