Hey everyone!!
I just got a new Basset puppy on Friday (1/19) He's doing very well adjusting to us, but there is one problem. He's very hesitant in coming to me when I ask/tell him to. Almost like he's scared of me. He's fine once I do pick him up and hold him close, but its getting him there that's the problem. He's 6-7 weeks old and I even hold a treat in my hand it doesn't entice him any.
Is this typical? Is it just something that will take time?
