When Jill Sternberg and Tom Edgeworth, both 29, got married in late January, there was no question that Shackleton would be in the wedding. The basset hound wore a tailored tux as he strode down the aisle with a bridesmaid at Chicago's exclusive Standard Club.

"If there's one thing that describes Tom and me, it's our love for this silly dog," Sternberg said. "He makes us feel like a family."

It's price less I wonder if my cousin would let harley walk down the aisle with bella as junior attendents at there formal wedding in april what do you guys thinks should he ask ???Momma stop that your embarrasing me and Bella :-[Later folks Harly off to pout AROOOHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm...in three short weeks I am getting married and EVERYONE has asked whether Mowgli & Baloo will be at the wedding. Our kids were crushed that the dogs weren't going to be there. In light of this recent posting I may have to reconsider - LOL.

But we are getting married at the Jewel Box which is known for its beautiful and exotic flowers....and bushes and....well, two dogs that aren't potty-trained didn't sound like a good idea!

We have compromised though...and they WILL be attending the rehearsal dinner at a dog-friendly restaurant!
